Booking A Service
Book A New Service
Simply login to the site and click "Schedule A Repair". From here you can choose the date that best suits your needs. Please note that we can only work on so many bikes a day and as such there may be a small wait until you can book your bike in
Once you've chosen a date, select your bike from the drop-down list (If you've had it in with us before), or you can simply type in the type of bike that you've got.
Let us know what work you would like carried out and then choose "Book in". You will receive an email confirmation shortly after.
I've Booked My Bike In, Now What?
Great! You've now reserved a spot for your bike in our diary. The next step is to bring the bike in. You can drop your bike off any day before your repair date, or on the day of the repair before 10:00am (11:00am on Sundays)
You can keep up to date with your repairs progress by checking online, we will also email you when the service is complete.
I'm No Longer Able to Make My Slot/I Missed My Service
As we have a very busy workshop, it would be helpful if you can let us know as soon as possible when you realise you will no longer be able to make a booking. This allows us to give the slot to someone else instead!
You can either cancel your booking or reschedule it by logging in and choosing the appropriate action from the main page.
If you missed your service, you can login online and there will be an option to reschedule to the next available date.
How Long Does the Service Take?
We do our best to carry out all services on the same day they are booked in for. If parts need to be ordered then this may delay the job by a few days, in this case your mechanic will be in touch to let you know
If you're in a hurry to get your bike back quickly, check out our "Priority" slots. These are available on selected dates and we will aim to get these completed by lunchtime/early afternoon.
We have a range of courtesy parts available should you require them. Just send us an email or give us a call to discus this prior to dropping off your bike/components.
Collecting A Service
What To Do When Your Service Is Complete
When your service is complete, you will receive a text & email. The email will contain the work that was carried out and the cost of the work. You can also see this information online. Please note: The price online may not always reflect the bill upon collection.
Due to the number of repairs we have in our workshop, we ask for completed bikes to be collected with a few days of the service being completed. We reserve the right to charge for storage of bikes that have not been collected within two weeks of the work being completed. (If you are unable to collect your bike in this time-frame, please let us know by phone so we are aware)
Where Do I Collect My Bike?
From our shop at 150 Dobbies Loan, Glasgow, G4 0JE
Speak to anyone on the shopfloor and they will be able to get your bike and talk you through what work was carried out.
